As a project and event coordinator, Pilar Miranda assists with meeting and event planning using her excellent customer service and analytical skills. Her responsibilities include coordination of services, member management, accounting, as well as various administrative tasks. She has been with EDC since 2015 and has worked on various projects, including the Urban Special Education Leadership Collaborative, Alliances for Graduate Education and the Professoriate, and REL Northeast & Islands at EDC.

Before joining EDC, Miranda worked for more than 20 years as a travel consultant for a local travel agency that serviced EDC’s travel needs. EDC was the agency’s largest account, and Miranda was the lead contact and account manager.

Miranda holds a BA in Communications from Suffolk University, and she is fluent in Spanish.
